Norman Gregory hails from the small town of Abilene, Texas. Norman’s love for travel stemmed from family trips to South Florida, California and the North East. Although the trips weren't international, each vacation was a chance to experience something new, meet new people and get a feel for what life was like outside of West Texas.

Norman chose to attend the University of Houston (U of H) because of the school’s diverse staff and student body. While at UofH, he was accepted into the university’s Sales Excellence Institute - Program for Excellence in Selling. While in the program he learned skills focusing on Corporate Account
Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and profitability. He graduated Cum Laude from the university’s Bauer College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 

As Account Manager for Etihad Airways, National Airline of the United Arab Emirates, Norman is charged with developing new corporate relationships, managing existing agency relationships and increasing flight loads and profitability. In his role, he works with a variety of account types including
small to medium sized enterprises, retail/leisure accounts, wholesalers and more. Norman is committed to introducing guests to Etihad Airways, with the hopes that they will try the World’s Leading Airline on their next trip to Abu Dhabi and beyond.
