As a family business in the travel industry, Ian was "bitten" by the travel bug at a young age. Throughout his childhood, he was able to take advantage of unique experiences throughout Europe and Asia. He later spent a semester studying abroad in London, and used it as an opportunity to spend weeks at a time traveling across Europe to broaden his exposure. 

Ian earned his degree from Bentley University just outside of Boston, in Computer Information Systems and Global Perspectives. He spent the next few years working in Boston for one of the largest privately held investment companies working in IT Security and Risk - a far cry from his travel focused background. 

Ian is now back in Chicago and serving as the Director of Business Development and Information Management at the Greaves suite of business's, most recognizably Greaves Tours, a luxury bespoke tour operator and DMC for the Indian Subcontinent. Ian is proactive with the Greaves brand's marketing, sales, and technology. He works closely with the travel agent community and clients to develop unique itineraries for everything from quick getaways to honeymoons and luxury travel aficionado's around the world. Ian continues to blend his unique perspective on technology, sales and travel to develop new ideas and avenues of business.
