What you will be doing

  • Actively cold call in specific territories making qualified appointments to create new business opportunities
  • Source and manage prospects
  • Sign new accounts and secure new business
  • Translate client needs into a comprehensive and compelling service offering
  • Coordinate, prepare, and lead sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Performs contract negotiation and schedule initiation of services
  • Communicate CorpTrav’s value proposition to sell professional services and product solutions to meet unique customer needs
  • Exceed quarterly sales goals as agreed upon
  • Partner with corporate communications in preparing RFP documents
  • Maintain sales lead database daily
  • Attend networking functions
  • Work closely with Vice President of Sales in all aspects of position

What we need

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Travel industry preferred yet not required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding internet research, social media and networking skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Superior presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication and follow-through skills
  • Internally driven and extremely goal oriented
  • Successful working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to travel on average 25%
